The Co is founded by Chua Tianhao, who has walked the path of growth—building Foodmania, a successful F&B group in Myanmar with 40+ outlets despite the challenges of COVID-19 and political unrest.
His firsthand experience in scaling businesses, combined with strategic insights from his time at a Michael Porter firm, makes him uniquely qualified to guide businesses.
As a Certified RMC, he helps businesses grow sustainably, using proven strategies and leveraging government support.
Fiona Loh

Fiona brings exceptional expertise in baking recipe development to Theco, helping clients innovate and refine their food offerings for market success. As the founder of Whiskdom, FYP, and Big Big Fries, she has successfully expanded her brands to over five outlets in Singapore, amassing a strong social media following.
